Aberdeen Water Main Break Closes Lanes Friday Morning: DOT

ABERDEEN, NJ - A water main break on Route 34 in Aberdeen has prompted commuting delays in the area Friday morning, authorities said.

As of 8:49 a.m., there’s a water main break on Route 34 northbound south of NJ 79/CR 516A in Aberdeen Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

All lanes are closed and detoured, the agency said. There is currently a 5-to-10-minute delay.
