Edwina Kahn Katz died Sunday, April 8 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel, due to complications from Diabetes. She was 71. Born in Bronx, NY, she lived in Hazlet, NJ before moving to Aberdeen in 2006. Mrs. Katz was predeceased by her husband Charles, who died in 2000. Surviving are her children: Jeff Katz and his wife Diane of Manalapan and Debbie Gerstel and her husband Steven of Aberdeen; 2 sisters Judy Calica of Connecticut and Anne Weiss of Queens, NY; and 3 grandchildren: Jeremy and Jennifer Katz and Sarah Gerstel. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday April 10th at 11:00 am at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus. Memorial contributions may be made to Bayshore Community Hospital Foundation 727 North Beers Street Holmdel, NJ 07733								.
