
John A. Daniello, 91, of Aberdeen, passed away, Monday, February 27, 2012, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel.
Born in Brooklyn, he resided in Aberdeen since 1956. He worked for the U.S. Dept. of Defense, serving Earle, Ft. Monmouth and Ft. Dix, NJ. John was an active parishioner of St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport since 1953; and was a member of the Keyport VFW. He served his country in the Army during WWII from 1941-1945. He served 1-1/2 years in France, three days after D-Day. While on duty, he met and married his first wife, the late Irene Simarpi Daniello, in England.
John was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Francesca DeBonis Daniello; his son, Anthony John Daniello in 1961; his daughter, Gwendolyne Daniello in 1950; and a sister, Teresa Laudati. He is survived by a brother, Albert and his wife, Charlotte of Brooklyn, NY; a sister-in-law, Gwen Belton-Perkins and her daughter, Susan; a grandson, Nicholas, all of the U.K.; a sister-in-law, Josie Hillman and her son, Roger and his wife, Susan, all of the U.K.; a nephew, Frank Laudati and his children, Anthony, Christine, Raymond and Teresa; several nieces and nephews, John, Billy and Bobby Bias and their families; dear Ronald Brooks of FL; Catherine and Lizzy of Staten Island; including his niece and caretaker, Anita; grandsons, Brandon Ashley Pugh and Rohan Paulo. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will take place Thursday, March 1, 2012, 8AM to 12 noon at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport; with a 12 noon Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport.
