
Mildred Fry, 89, of Holmdel, New Jersey passed away peacefully on June 22, 2012 at Bayshore Rehabilitation Center in Holmdel, New Jersey.
She was born on March 3, 1923 in Rosendale, Missouri and later, she moved to Clayton, New Mexico. In 1942, she relocated to Arlington, Virginia, where she worked in Washington for the Navy Department during World War II. Mildred also lived in Rock Hill, South Carolina, before ultimately settling in Matawan in 1962.
While living in the Bayshore area of New Jersey, Mildred was a church secretary, volunteered at Bayshore Community Hospital for over thirty years and was also an active member of the First Baptist Church of Keyport.

She was predeceased by her parents, Fred and Nettie Reuszer Blaser and her beloved and devoted husband of 33 years (April 29, 1950) William Ashley Fry. Mildred is survived by her loving children, Jewell Giedroyce and her husband Richard of Sidney, Ohio, Penny College and her husband David of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Bradley Fry and his wife Lisa of Stewartsville, New Jersey, her dear sister and brother, Naomi Tedford of Kansas and Paul Blaser of Oklahoma, her cherished grandchildren, Melissa McAtee and her husband Kyle, Jeffrey College and his wife Rachel, Daniel Giedroyce, Ashleigh College, Philip Giedroyce, Evan Fry, along with her loving great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Giedroyce and Emma College.
She will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday June 27, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3269 State Route 35 North in Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. Religious services will be held on Thursday June 28, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Keyport, 45 Main Street, Keyport, New Jersey 07735. Interment will follow at Shoreland Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Hazlet, New Jersey.
