Obituary: Steven H. Presler, 52, of Aberdeen

Steven H. Presler, 52, of Aberdeen, passed away, Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at home. Born in Elizabeth, he resided in Avenel before moving to Aberdeen seven years ago. He was a heavy equipment operator with Local 825 for 12 years. Steven was a loving father; loved his dog, Leala, was a great sportsman, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Steven was predeceased by his father, Henry Presler. He is survived by his daughter, Katrina Presler of Colonia; his mother, Edith Remo Presler of Toms River; his companion, Ann Caffrey of Aberdeen; a sister, Lynda LoGuidice and husband, Enzo of Clark; and a brother, Michael Presler of Jersey City. Steven will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Family and friends are invited Friday, September 21, 2012, 5-9PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, NJ 07735, with an 8 p.m. service at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
