Rosalie Betz, 77, of the Cheesequake Village section of Matawan, passed away Saturday, Feb 25 in Holmdel. Rosalie worked for the former Bethany Deli in Hazlet for many years. She is predeceased by her husband Eugene Betz. She is survived by her dog and constant companion, Susie and many loving friends who considered her part of their families. She will always be loved and missed. Visitation will take place Tuesday, February 28 from 9–11 AM at the Bedle Funeral Home, 212 Main Street, Matawan, NJ 07747. Burial will follow at the Forest Green Cemetery in Morganville.
