Terrence Dittmar, 54, of Cliffwood/Aberdeen Twp., passed away, Monday, March 12, 2012, at home. Born in Newark, he resided most of his life in Cliffwood.
He was employed with Waste Management, Matawan, as a sanitation engineer. Terrence was predeceased by his parents, Marvin and Anne Laverty Dittmar. He is survived by his beloved wife, Theresa Woods Dittmar; two loving children, Terrence J. Dittmar of South Amboy; and Tara Dittmar of Cliffwood; his siblings, Maureen Vanderpool, Lorraine Castiglione, Dottie Davino, Billly Novak, Joe Novak, and Kathy Novak; a cherished grandson, Brent; and many nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends are invited Wednesday, March 14, 2012, 2-4 & 7-9PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, with a prayer service at the end of the 2-4 visitation. Cremation will be private.
