William M. "Butch" Ryan, 69, of Cliffwood Beach, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Woodbridge, he resided there, and Belford, before moving to Cliffwood Beach, 34 years ago. Butch was a hardworking, loving family man, dedicated to his family, and a great husband, father and grandfather.
Butch was predeceased by his parents, William Patrick Ryan and Claire Wetzel; and a daughter, Teresa Ryan. He is survived by his beloved wife, Teresa Kungel Ryan; his loving children, Cindy Ryan and her fiancé, Juan Lopez of Cliffwood Beach; Patricia Ryan of Edison; Sherrie Ryan and Kathleen Ryan, both of Cliffwood Beach; a dear sister, Claire Lynch of N. Middletown; and two dear brothers, Buzzy Ryan and Larry Ryan and his wife, Carol of Laurence Harbor; seven cherished grandchildren and one on the way. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends are invited Monday, February 6, 2012, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport; and Tuesday, February 7, 2012, 8:45AM, with a 9:15AM service at the funeral home.
