Free Showing of "Jaws" Friday Night in Matawan

There will be a FREE showing of the movie "Jaws" at 9 p.m. in Terhune Park on Main Street in Matawan.

Matawan, NJ - This Friday night, July 15 at 9 p.m. there will be a FREE showing of the movie "Jaws" in Terhune Park on Main Street in Matawan. The movie is presented as part of the town's 100-year memorial of the infamous Matawan shark attacks in 1916, which inspired the blockbuster hit.

All are invited. Snacks, soda and water will be available for purchase before the event, as well as t-shirts and a copy of the Matawan town historian Al Savolaine's new book on Stanley Fisher and the Matawan shark attacks.
