The Holmdel resident, 31, admitted o prosecutors in June to secretly video recording under women's dresses and skirts.

A Holmdel man who admitted earlier this year he used a cell phone to secretly record video up women’s dresses was sentenced to two years probation on Friday, announced Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

Jonathan “Jon” V. Loori, 31, of Holmdel, was sentenced Friday to two years probation by Monmouth County Superior Court Judge John T. Mullaney, Jr., after pleading guilty on June 25 to one count of third degree Invasion of Privacy and two counts of third degree Attempted Invasion of Privacy.

Loori was arrested after a joint investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and Manalapan Police Department revealed he used his cell phone to record video or take photographs up women’s dresses without their knowledge. Loori admitted he secretly made the video recording by placing his cell phone under an unsuspecting women’s skirt at a local grocery store while bent down and pretending to attend to his young child in a stroller. In another instance, Loori admitted he created a video recording while attempting to photograph under the skirt of another woman, with whom he was familiar. A third instance, he admitted using his cell phone to record a woman in a bathroom while the woman undressed, took a shower, and then dried herself – all without her consent or knowledge.
