Local Open Houses Offer Incentives to New Residents

The Preserves and Barrington Gardens offer discounts to those who attend open houses

Potential homebuyers and renters alike have the opportunity to earn move-in discounts for simply attending an open house at The Preserves in Matawan or Barrington Gardens in Aberdeen.

On Saturday, Jan. 7, will open their doors to potential renters from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For those who attend and apply by Jan. 8, the rental office will wave the application fee and reduce the security deposit to $99. Barrington Gardens is a pet-friendly community that offers one and two bedroom units with hardwood floors and the first floor and wall-to-wall carpeting on the second. 

On Satuday, Jan. 14 and Sunday, Jan. 15 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., The Preserve at Matawan will host an open house and unveil the community's new, furnished Arlington Model. Located at 611 Sloan Court in Matawan, the newly built condominiums offer affordable and maintenance-free living. Attendees are eligible for a $1,000 credit incentive toward upgrades or closing costs if they purchase by Jan. 31. Only 14 units remain available.
