Old Bridge Man Indicted on Drug Possession Charge

Investigators say an Old Bridge man was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance

A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict an Old Bridge man for a possession of a controlled dangerous substance charge.

Police say that Theodore Susik, Jr., 50, was in possession of cocaine on April 25 in Neptune. It is a third degree crime.

An indictment does not indicate a conviction, only that formal charges may be brought to trial.
