On March 1, 2024, Mariah K. Labriola, a 32-year-old Long Branch resident, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting from Walmart on Route 18. She was also found to have warrants out of Sea Bright and West Long Branch. She was processed and transferred to the custody of the Sea Bright Police Department. Officer Symanski was the arresting officer.

On March 1, 2024, Teras T. Samuels, a 32-year-old Paterson resident, was stopped for a traffic violation and arrested and processed for a warrant out of Clifton. He was released pending a court date. Officer Ramm was the arresting officer.

On March 2, 2024, Ashmede D. Lespinas, a 27-year-old Neptune resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, Driving with a Suspended Drivers License, and Drug Possession by Motor Vehicle Operator following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 35. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Dokouslis was the arresting officer.

On March 4, 2024, Daryl Forney, a 64-year-old Trenton resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after being found to be in possession of a crack pipe. He was also found to have a warrant out of Ewing. He was processed and transferred to the custody of the Ewing Police Department. Officer Janks was the arresting officer.

On March 5, 2024, Sandeep Yadav, a 39-year-old Matawan resident, was stopped for a traffic violation and arrested and processed for a warrant out of Old Bridge. He was released pending a court date. Officer J. Candurra was the arresting officer.

On March 7, 2024, Christiana K. Kwarteng, a 38-year-old Monmouth Junction resident, was arrested and charged with Wrongful Impersonation following an incident in which she attempted to use false documentation to gain employment as a home health aide. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Tavares was the arresting officer.

On March 8, 2024, a 40-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Criminal Mischief. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Rivera was the arresting officer.

On March 9, 2024, Kristi Ann Walsh, a 44-year-old Staten Island, NY resident, was arrested for a warrant out of Old Bridge. She was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Massa was the arresting officer.

On March 8, 2024, a 35-year-old Parlin resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Harassment. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Endaz was the arresting officer.

On March 9, 2024, Aleksandr Chabanov, a 37-year-old Parlin resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Refusal to Consent to Breath Samples, Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle, Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License, Driving an Unregistered Vehicle, and Driving an Uninsured Motor Vehicle following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer A. Weiss was the arresting officer.

On March 11, 2024, Halayna Loalbo Koehn, a 30-year-old Sayreville resident, was arrested for Shoplifting from the Route 18 Walmart. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Micich was the arresting officer.

On March 11, 2024, Kobe Jordan Watts, a 23-year-old South Amboy resident, was arrested and charged with Obstruction of the Administration of the Law. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Micich was the arresting officer.

On March 13, 2024, Scott M. Garboski, a 55-year-old Hazlet resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving following a motor vehicle crash in the area of Route 35. He was processed and transferred to Old Bridge Regional Hospital. Officer Bucci was the arresting officer.

On March 13, 2024, Aaron D. Browning, a 29-year-old Phillipsburg resident, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault 1st Degree, Sexual Assault 2nd Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of Children 2nd degree. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Detective Spinola was the arresting officer.

On March 13, 2024, Shane M. Power, a 33-year-old Elmwood Park resident, was arrested and charged with Shoplifting from the Route 18 Walmart. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer J. Candurra was the arresting officer.

On March 14, 2024, George Stokes, a 38-year-old homeless person, was arrested and charged with Obstruction of the Administration of the Law, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief, and Harassment following an incident on Westminster Boulevard. On March 15, 2024, Daniel G. Deaver, a 37-year-old Metuchen resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Traffic on Marked Lanes, Refusal to Consent to Breath Samples, and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 35. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Rivera was the arresting officer.

On March 15, 2024, George F. Stokes, a 38-year-old homeless person, was arrested and charged with Contempt of a Court Order. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Corona was the arresting officer.

On March 17, 2024, Calvin Riggins, a 49-year-old Monroe resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Careless Driving, Traffic on Marked Lanes, Reckless Driving, and Uninsured Motor Vehicle following a motor vehicle crash in the area of Englishtown Road. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On March 18, 2024, Darius K. Dawkins, a 28-year-old Roselle resident, was stopped for a traffic violation. He was arrested and processed for warrants out of Elizabeth and Jersey City. He was released pending a court date. Officer Micich was the arresting officer.

On March 18, 2024, Timothy P. Petz, Jr., a 34-year-old South Amboy resident, was arrested and charged with Attempting to Elude Police. He was also found to have a warrant out of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. He was processed and transferred to the custody of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office. Officer J. Candurra was the arresting officer.

On March 18, 2024, Kerri Allen, a 27-year-old East Brunswick resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS, Shoplifting, and Hindering Apprehension following an incident at Walmart on Route 9. She was also found to have a warrant out of East Brunswick. She was processed and transferred to the custody of the East Brunswick Police Department. Officer Fanelli was the arresting officer.

On March 18, 2024, Curtis D. Grimsley, a 57-year-old Newark resident, was arrested and charged with Contempt of a Court Order. He was also processed for a warrant out of Old Bridge. He was remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officers Heredia and Keller were the arresting officers.

On March 21, 2024, Nickolas John Burr, a 27-year-old Alden, NY resident, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License and Improper Passing. He was also processed for a bench warrant out of Chester Township. He was processed for and released pending a court date. Officer Rhoades was the arresting officer.

On March 23, 2024, Ricky D. Bickerstaff, a 50-year-old Parlin resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Traffic on Marked Lanes, Refusal to Consent to Breath Tests, and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing following a motor vehicle crash in the area of Bordentown Avenue. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer A. Weiss was the arresting officer.

On March 24, 2024, Bertin Sanchez Lopez, a 49-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Careless Driving, Reckless Driving, Traffic on Marked Lanes, and Unlicensed Driving following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Jaikissoon was the arresting officer.

On March 24, 2024, a 47-year-old Matawan resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Simple Assault. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Reck was the arresting officer.

On March 25, 2024, Vladislav Sverak, a 32-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS. He was processed and released pending a court date. The Narcotics Unit was responsible for the arrest.

On March 25, 2024, Michael S. Metz, a 44-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and processed for warrants out of Barnegat. He was transferred to the custody of the Barnegat Police Department. Officer Brady was the arresting officer.

On March 26, 2024, Joseph D. Edel, a 29-year-old Keyport resident, was stopped for a traffic violation and arrested and processed for warrants out of Old Bridge and Jackson. He was released pending a court date. Officer Grigoli was the arresting officer.

On March 27, 2024, Angelina L. Colangeli, a 33-year-old Laurence Harbor resident, was arrested and charged with Loitering to Obtain/Sell CDS in Public. She was processed and released pending a court date. The Narcotics Unit was responsible for the arrest.

On March 27, 2024, Christopher D. Pagano, a 33-year-old Manalapan resident, was arrested and processed for warrants out of Old Bridge. He was remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Fanelli was the arresting officer.

On March 27, 2024, Larry Manuel Jr., a 47-year-old Jackson resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of Property from Criminal Activity, Distribution of Heroin/Cocaine, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Loitering to Obtain/Sell CDS in Public. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. The Narcotics Unit was responsible for the arrest.

On March 28, 2024, Jonathan O. Nunez, a 27-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and processed for warrants out of Old Bridge. He was remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Massa was the arresting officer.

On March 28, 2024, a 34-year-old Laurence Harbor resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Simple Assault. She was also found to have warrants from the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office. She was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Fanelli was the arresting officer.

On March 28, 2024, Aida I. Maisonet-Valdes, a 29-year-old Trenton resident, was arrested and charged with Attempting to Elude Police after she failed to stop her car during an attempted motor vehicle stop on March 22, 2024. During the pursuit, she committed multiple motor vehicle infractions. Subsequently, a warrant was issued for her arrest, and she turned herself into police headquarters. She was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer E. Riporti was the arresting officer.

On March 29, 2024, Giovanni Nortesano, a 65-year-old Kendall Park resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Grigoli was the arresting officer.

On March 29, 2024, a 62-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence related Harassment and Contempt. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Heredia was the arresting officer.

On March 30, 2024, Javon Robinson, a 22-year-old Carteret resident, was stopped for a traffic violation and arrested and processed for a warrant out of Woodbridge. He was released pending a court date. Officer Jaikissoon was the arresting officer.

On March 31, 2024, James Witcher 3rd, a 39-year-old Belmar resident, was arrested in Bradley Beach and found to have a warrant out of Old Bridge. Old Bridge officers responded to Bradley Beach and took custody of Mr. Witcher. He was processed for the warrant and was released pending a court date. Officer Corona was the arresting officer.

On March 31, 2024, Pablo Torres, a 48-year-old Miami Florida resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Suspended Driver’s License, Traffic on Marked Lanes, Consumption of Alcohol by a Motor Vehicle Operator, Unregistered Vehicle, Careless Driving, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, and Refusal to Consent to Breath Samples following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Jaikissoon was the arresting officer.

On March 31, 2024, John K. White, a 51-year-old Cliffwood resident, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, Resisting Arrest, and Bias Intimidation. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Walczak was the arresting officer.

On March 31, 2024, Robert F. Laing, a 38-year-old Toms River resident, was arrested for Shoplifting from the Route 9 Walmart. He was remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Wilson was the arresting officer.

It should be noted that all arrestees are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. The names of defendants who are juveniles, involved in domestic violence incidents, or involved in ongoing investigations have been removed.

Officers responded to or initiated 4,841 calls for service between March 1st, 2024, and March 31st, 2024, including 171 motor vehicle accidents, 258 alarms, 368 first aid calls, 15 fire calls, 108 suspicious person/vehicles, and 82 welfare checks.
