OLD BRIDGE, NJ — An Old Bridge man who the Middlesex County Prosecutor says posed as a doctor, and sexually assaulted two women who came to his home for pain management injections, was sentenced on July 9 to 10 years in state prison.
The man is Orger Sibaja-Bolanos, 67, of Old Bridge. Earlier this year, he pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree sexual assault. Sibaja-Bolanos must serve 85 percent of his prison sentence before becoming eligible for parole, and upon release he must register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law.
His wife, Rosa Perez, 64, admitted to helping him run his sham pain management business out of their apartment in Brentwood Gardens, said the prosecutor.

In 2022, two women came forward to Old Bridge Police to allege that Sibaja-Bolanos sexually assaulted them.
Both women said they sought his treatment for pain management, which he gave in the form of muscle relaxer injections and massages out of his home. His wife, Perez, booked patient appointments over the phone and online, and the couple mainly targeted the Spanish-speaking community of Old Bridge and Middlesex County.
Sibaja-Bolanos nor his wife have a medical license of any sort, said the Middlesex County Prosecutor.
The first woman told Old Bridge Police that on July 20, 2022, she went to the husband and wife's apartment. She said Sibaja-Bolanos isolated her in a bedroom, sexually assaulted her and injected her.
She reported the incident to Old Bridge Police, and Sibaja-Bolanonas was taken into police custody a few days later. His arrest and photo were distributed widely in the media, including published on Patch. Police also announced his arrest in Spanish. A few days after his photo was distributed to the media and on Facebook, on Aug. 8, 2022 a second woman called Old Bridge Police.
She said she saw Sibaja-Bolanos three times for medical treatment of back pain. She said when she went to his home for the second time, on July 12 of that year, he inserted his fingers into her vagina and "thrust back and forth, claiming he was trying to massage a cyst."
He also gave her two injections into the buttocks, the complaint read.
He charged the woman and she paid in cash. She later called police. He was charged with a second count of sex assault after she came forward.
Clients paid in cash. When police raided their home on July 20 of 2022, they found a safe in the apartment with $13,640 inside, which they said was proceeds from their fraudulent medical business.
"The bedroom in the apartment served as the doctor's office, which contained multiple medications (injections and orally) and medical equipment," read the complaint.
This investigation was led by Detective Jessica Caffey of the Old Bridge Police. The case was prosecuted by Middlesex County Assistant Prosecutor Lauren Panfil.
