MORRIS PLAINS, NJ — The caution tape has expanded and the orange sticker warning off patrons remains affixed to the door, but the Morris Plains Kohl's is open for business after a car crash that shuttered the business on March 14.

The store was operating over the weekend and on Monday work was being done on both the exterior and interior of the building.

On Tuesday, March 14, a vehicle ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle, sending it into the department store, Morris Plains Police Chief Michael Koroski said.
