This Chester Bakery Is One Of New Jersey's Best, Report Says

CHESTER, NJ — There are tons of delicious bakeries across the state, but according to a report, this Chester spot takes the cake – or biscotti.

Best Things New Jersey recently released a list of the top 10 places to get cookies, spanning South Jersey to North Jersey. And one of those best bakeries is a Chester icon: Linda's Gourmet Biscotti Cookies.

Linda's Gourmet Biscotti has been a community favorite for many years.

Over time, they have grown beyond "friends and family" to include local markets, coffee shops, and larger retailers and grocers. With increasing demand, they opened their first retail shop in Chester, where they provide one free biscotti to any first-time visitor.

The bakery is located at 30 Main Street in Chester and is open Tuesday through Sunday.

Due to the popularity of the business, Linda's Biscotti has been able to diversify its product catalog to include other treats such as cupcakes, cookies, empanadas and festive chocolate-covered strawberries.

According to officials, the biscotti are inspired by a Sicilian family recipe passed down from Linda's grandmother. The bakery also makes gluten-free, sugar-free, nut-free, and vegan biscotti for everyone to enjoy.
