CHESTER, NJ — In the Chester School's Board of Education contested race newcomers Sarah Schultz, Matthew R. Downs and John Barounis, have continued to hold their leads as of Thursday night over incumbent Sara Kalashian, as well as candidates Thomas Murphy, Dana Levens, Simone Campbell and Carolina Rodriguez, according to unofficial results.

As of Tuesday night, Kalashian had 785, Murphy 734, Schultz 1,254, Barounis 1,076, Campbell 570, Levens 615, Rodriguez 325 and Downs 1,121.

On Wednesday morning, Kalashian had 981, Murphy 836, Schultz 1,417, Barounis 1,187, Levens 808, Rodriguez 414 and Downs, 1,250, with 11 write-in votes tallied.

On Wednesday night, Kalashian had 1,021, Murphy 862, Schultz 1,490, Barounis 1,248, Campbell 801, Levens 853, Rodriguez 431, Downs 1,315 and 11 write-in votes were tallied.
