Chester Kids Can Learn To Make A Delicious, Unique Holiday Treat

Grab a spot before they're gone where kids between 3 and 10 can create an igloo that's as fun to eat as it is to look at.

CHESTER, NJ — Marshmallows, candy canes and peppermint candies are just some of the sweet treats kids can put together for a delicious holiday creation.

Limited spaces are available at Chester Township’s Recreation Department’s Edible Igloo Holiday Program with Marianne from Edible Arts, on Saturday, Dec. 18 at The Barn on 100 North Road.

With the deadline to sign up on Dec. 4, there are three sessions that day, one at 10 a.m., the second at 11 and the third at noon.

For $10 per child, Chester Borough and Township kids - with parents who’ll need to be there to help three and four-year-olds - will be guided through to make their edible creation.

Plus, while they're at the event, a “Special Jolly Guest” will drop in for a visit.
