Chester, Mendham Police Still Need Gifts For Virtual Giving Tree
The Chester and Mendham Police Departments are hosting the gift drive and still need gifts for kids between ages 9-16. Find out more here.
CHESTER, NJ — The Chester and Mendham Police Departments are collecting new, unwrapped gifts for their “Virtual Giving Tree” program and are still in need of donations.
Chester Police Department provided an update on Wednesday of the gift drive, which they’ve been coordinating with the Mendham Borough and Township Police Departments, as well as the Chester Mendham Food Pantry.

As of Wednesday, for their Virtual Giving Tree collection, the police departments still need new and unwrapped gifts for the following age groups:
| 9-year-old | 1 gift for a boy | 1 gift for a girl |
| 12-year-old | 1 gift for a boy | 2 gifts for girls |
| 13-year-old | 2 gifts for boys | 1 gift for a girl |
| 14-year-old | 4 gifts for boys | 1 gift for a girl |
| 15-year-old | 1 gift for a boy | |
| 16-year-old | 3 gifts for boys | 1 gift for a girl |
Each of the police departments is accepting family gifts as well as gift cards, according to the post about their gift needs, on Chester Police Department’s Facebook Page.

Gift donations can be dropped off to:
- Chester Police Department at 1 Parker Road in Chester
- Mendham Borough Police Department at 3 Cold Hill Road South in Mendham
- Mendham Township Police Department at 3 Cherry Lane in Brookside
