Chester Township: Dog License Renewals Overdue

Dog licensing renewal is now past the deadline, and $2.00 per month, per dog, is accruing. Chester Township licenses dogs annually.  Every year, dog license renewals are due by January 31 for all dogs aged 7 months or older, with proof of rabies vaccination good through the end of October of the licensing year. As a courtesy to our residents, the township sends a reminder postcard late December/early January each year.Spayed/neutered dogs are $11 per year and non-spayed/neutered are $14.After the last day of February, a late fee of $2.00 per month/per dog begins to accrue. For more information, contact Judy at jirwin@chestertownship.org or (908) 879-5100 x812
