'Cops, Kids, And Cones' Returns At Mendham Township Park This May

Join local officers for a free scoop of ice cream from Mendham Creamery. Fire companies and the First Aid Squad will also be doing demos.

MENDHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ — Join Mendham Township police for some ice cream and conversation at this year's "Cops, Kids, and Cones" event.

Officers are inviting kids and all community members for a free scoop of ice cream on May 20 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Ralston Playground parking lot, which is next to the Ralston Firehouse off of 320 Mendham Road West.

The Ralston and Brookside Engine Companies and the Mendham Township First Aid Squad will also be on hand, doing tours and demonstrations for those interested in how first responders operate.

Mendham Creamery, which opened for the season on April 8, will be providing the ice cream.

The event is sponsored by Mendham Township Police, and the local PBA #402.
