'Festival Of Trees' Returns To Chester Township On Dec. 3
The annual holiday celebration will feature a special guest appearance by Santa Claus, officials said.
CHESTER, NJ — The 20th annual Festival of Trees will return to Chester Township this Saturday, kicking off the holiday season.
The proceeds from this holiday celebration will benefit the Senior Resource Center, which supports all exercise classes, informational programs, and services for seniors in western Morris County.
The festive holiday tree display is being held daily starting on Saturday, Dec. 3, until Dec. 10 at the Highlands Ridge Barn, which is located at 100 North Road, Chester.

Here are the hours of operation for the festival this season:
- Saturdays: 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
- Sunday through Thursday: 12 p.m. until 6 p.m.
- Friday: 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.
According to officials, the celebration will include decorated holiday trees in a winter wonderland setting, as well as a special guest appearance by Santa on more than one day.

The cost of admission to the festival is $10 for adults and $5 for seniors and students.
"Consider purchasing a tree or donating toward the purchase of a tree to be donated to brighten the Christmas of a local family," event organizers said.
