Luxury SUV Stolen From Mendham Twp. Driveway: Cops

Mendham Township police are searching for a luxury SUV stolen right from a resident’s driveway overnight, Lt. Ross Johnson said.

Sometime between the hours of 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27 and 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, a silver 2013 Audi Q5 was taken from a driveway on Mountainside Road near Ironia Road, Johnson said.

The keys were left inside the vehicle, Johnson said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 973-543-2584. Residents are also urged to keep vehicles locked with keys inside the residence in a secure area, along with not keeping purses or wallets inside the automobile as well.
