The pair planned to sell the business this year, as their children are off to college and as “soon-to-be empty-nesters," the time has come to "embrace the next chapter in their and their respective families' lives.”
According to the owners, the business has grown immensely, becoming “a cheery, welcoming hub in this quiet corner of town.”
The business has built a solid clientele, marketing/advertising partners, and a wide list of vendors, platforms, and local sellers for product selection.
Additionally, the store has online shopping options, so people from all over can shop at Harmony Brookside, even from miles and miles away.
“If you're looking for a new adventure, this could be it! Make your dream of owning a really great (and cute!) small shop come true,” a statement read. “Maybe you have a friend or two who, together, would make the perfect team. Or perhaps you're a local business owner looking to expand.”
The current asking price is $95,000. Those interested in purchasing the shop should email hello@harmonybrookside.com.
