Mendham Officials Open Bidding For Ironia Road Apartments

MENDHAM TWP.,N.J.– Mendham Township's governing body opened bid proposals for the leasing of three Ironia Road apartments, officials said.

According to Clerk Mary Beth Zichelli:

• Apartment 1 – A first floor unit, with a minimum bid of $1,150 per month. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom and garage. Heat and water are included. No smoking or pets allowed.

• Apartment 2– A second floor unit with a minimum bid of $1,400 per month. The apartment is the same as above, but with two bedrooms.
• Apartment 3 – A duplex with a minimum bid of $1,850 per month. The apartment is one side of a duplex with three bedrooms, a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms. Heat and water is not included. No smoking or pets allowed.
