Mendham's Pride Event Rescheduled Due To Weather
The event was initially slated for Wednesday, June 18 at 6 p.m.
MENDHAM, NJ — The Mendham Recreation Department's 5th Annual Pride Event has been rescheduled due to the weather forecast.
Accuweather is expecting thunderstorms and strong winds throughout Wednesday.
The event is now scheduled on Sunday, June 22, from 4 to 7 p.m.

On Sunday, June 22, residents of all ages and backgrounds are invited to Brookside Beach to celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride.
The event will feature swimming, a BBQ, music and dancing, tattoos and face painting, arts and crafts, and even free ice cream. Participants can also expect “special non-profit displays” serving the LGBTQ+ community.

Come nightfall, a special screening of the 2019 film “Ugly Dolls” will be shown for participants. The animated film is rated PG and has a run-time of 1 hour and 27 minutes.
