Mendham ‘Reps For Responders’ Fitness Event Coming Up
The community fitness event to benefit a group that supports first responders, as well as military members and nurses, is on Nov. 21.
MENDHAM, NJ — Fun and fitness are parts of the lineup at an upcoming event to benefit “Reps for Responders,” a not-for-profit organization that helps to boost the physical and emotional wellness of first responders.
Hosted by Mendham Township Recreation, PBA Local 402, Reps for Responders and Bolt Fitness, the action-packed event is on Sunday, Nov. 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Brookside Field.

Reps for Responders helps to strengthen the emotional and physical well-being of members of the military and nurses, in addition first responders in the community, “active and volunteer, with the ultimate goal of reducing the suicide rate in the first responder community,” according to a description of the upcoming event.

For $35 per attendee with 100 percent of the proceeds benefitting Reps for Responders, after an appearance by a Reps for Responders guest speaker, the workouts kick off at 11:45 a.m. with one of three choices:
- An adult workout with Bolt Fitness
- A Parent and me family Zumba Class, or
- An open yoga class for all fitness levels
The event winds down with bagels, snacks, coffee and juice.
