Neibart, Monaghan Maintain Lead In Mendham Twp. Committee Race

UPDATED, NOV. 4, 2021 - 6:12 P.M.

MENDHAM, NJ — In the Mendham Township Committee contested race Sarah Neibart and Nick Monaghan continue to maintain their lead, as of Thursday evening, over Eric Inglis and Meredith Sahi for two three-year seats, according to unofficial results.

On Tuesday night, Neibart had 1,241 votes, Monaghan 1,215, Inglis 852, Sahi 795 and there was one write-in vote.

On Wednesday morning, Neibart had 1,339 votes, Monaghan 1,377, Inglis 1,136 and Sahi 1,076.

On Wednesday evening, Neibart had 1,410 votes, Monaghan 1,370, Inglis 1,189 and Sahi 1,128, with one write-in vote accounted for.

Here are the real-time results for Mendham Township's Election with 100 percent of districts reporting on Thursday evening:

Mendham Township Committee (two, three-year seats up for election)

• Sarah Neibart (R) -1,426
• Nick Monaghan (R) - 1,385
• Eric Inglis (D) - 1,211
• Meredith Sahi (D) - 1,149
• Write-In - 1

The results of all of these races will be official once the Morris County Clerk's Office certifies each of them, after all mail-in ballots and early votes are tallied.
