Sports run deep in Mendham and West Morris Mendham High School has long been at the heart of it. It’s no surprise some standout talent once wore the Minutemen uniform. Today we're celebrating five unforgettable athletes from West Morris Mendham High School who made a name for themselves well beyond the hometown field.
1. Jim Collins – NFL Linebacker (Rams, Chargers)
A 1976 graduate, Collins went on to play linebacker in the NFL, first for the Los Angeles Rams and then for the San Diego Chargers. (Source: NJSports.com)

2. Molly Creamer – WNBA Player (Liberty)
A graduate of the Class of 1999, Creamer became a standout basketball star, earning Patriot League Player of the Year three times and playing professionally in the WNBA with the New York Liberty. (Source: Patriot League)
3. Matt Flanagan – NFL Tight End (Washington, Jaguars)
After graduating with the Class of 2013, Flanagan played tight end in college for Rutgers and Pitt, and made it to the NFL with the Washington Commanders and Jacksonville Jaguars. (Source: Levels)

4. Carl Zander – NFL Linebacker (Bengals)

5. Marisa House – Cross Country & Track Athlete (Fordham)
