New Food Hall Concept 'Wonder' Makes Morris County Debut Thursday

ROXBURY TOWNSHIP, NJ — A new food hall concept is opening in Morris County this Thursday, with nine different restaurant brands all under one roof.

Wonder partners with well-known chefs and top restaurants across the country to offer a variety of cuisines and flavors, in what they call a new category of "fast fine" dining.

The company's sixth New Jersey location will be in Ledgewood, located inside the Walmart at 461 Route 10. This is only the second Wonder storefront that is in partnership with Walmart, and a third will debut in Teterboro later this year.

Hungry customers can mix and match which dishes they want from different restaurants, then place an order for pick-up or delivery. There will be limited dine-in options as well.

In addition to Roxbury, the delivery area includes ZIP codes in Mendham, Chester, Mount Olive, Dover, Mine Hill, Mount Arlington, Randolph, Parsippany, Hopatcong, and Netcong (see full list below).

Wonder says that it features some of the world’s best chefs, including Bobby Flay, Jose Andres, Nancy Silverton, and Marcus Samuelsson, along with award-winning restaurants from across the country.

The eateries at the Ledgewood location include Alanza Pizza, Burger Baby, Fred’s Meat & Bread, Limesalt, Room For Dessert, Streetbird, Tejas BBQ, Wing Trip, and Yasas by Michael Symon. Everything will be made-to-order at the storefront.

The grand opening is Thursday, July 25, with a ribbon-cutting at 10:50 a.m. and doors opening at 11 a.m.

The first 100 customers will get a $15 meal voucher and a prize wheel will give the first guests a chance to win exclusive Wonder swag and "Wonder Cash." Samples from Limesalt, Bobby Flay Steakhouse, Maydan and Tejas BBQ will be available for tasting. The event will wrap up at 5 p.m.

Wonder Ledgewood will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and once it's open you can click here to order pickup or delivery.
