Part Of Maple Ave. In Chester Likely Closed Until 5 P.M.
Chester Police said Wednesday morning, they'll be out helping drivers navigate through the detoured area between Route 206 and Grove St.
CHESTER, NJ — Chester Police officers will be out directing driving through detours on Wednesday, with Maple Avenue closed from between Grove Street and Route 206, the police department says.
The Chester Police Department tweeted on Wednesday morning about the closure, stating that portion of the road could stay closed up until 5 p.m.

Maple Ave will be closed from Grove to Rt 206 today until approximately 5pm. Officers will assist local traffic with reaching their destination. -43

511 NJ reported on Wednesday morning that as of 9 a.m., there’s construction on Route 206 in both the northbound and southbound lanes, south of “NJ 24/CR 513/West Main Street," with one left lane closed southbound and one right lane closed northbound, until about 3:30 p.m.
