Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic At West Morris Central H.S.

CHESTER, NJ — A vaccine clinic hosted at West Morris Central High School this coming Wednesday, Nov. 17, from 4 to 7 p.m., will include Pediatric Pfizer COVID vaccine doses.

Hosted jointly between the Washington Township Health Department and Green Brook Family Medicine, parents must pre-register for an appointment for their child to receive the pediatric COVID vaccine, to "assure adequate supplies for everyone attending," at https://westmorrispedcovidvax.timetap.com/.

The clinic is planned to happen in the Media Center of the high school on 259 Bartley Road, with parents needing to bring their child's insurance card if they're insured, with the vaccine "free of charge," according to Washington Township’s Health Department.

A parent or guardian must also be with the child at the clinic. Dr. Ronald Frank of Green Brook Family Medicine will be available during the clinic to answer questions.

In addition to the Pfizer vaccine for ages 5-11, Long Valley Pharmacy will be in attendance at the clinic, according to the Washington Township Health Department, with Pfizer COVID vaccines and boosters for ages 12 and up, as well as the Modern and Janssen COVID vaccines and boosters for ages 18 and up. Pre-registration is not needed for these first shots and boosters, for ages 12 and up. Insurance prescription cards and COVID cards, however, are necessary to bring.
