Popular Mexican Restaurant Opens First Morris County Location
Sofia's Taqueria, with locations in Staten Island and New Jersey, will offer tacos, burritos, fajitas, and a wide selection of margaritas.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — After sitting vacant since TGI Fridays closed, the building off Route 46 in Ledgewood, Roxbury, has been transformed into Sofia's Taqueria, a vibrant new Mexican restaurant.
The New York-based Bread & Butter Hospitality debuted Sofia's Taqueria in Ledgewood on Monday, marking the third location in New Jersey, following openings in Old Bridge and Toms River last year.
The restaurant group, led by Philip Farinacci, Ignacio Garcia, and Chef Peter Botros, operates four more Sofia's Taquerias and seven other eateries across New York. The original Sofia's Taqueria first opened in Staten Island.
