CHESTER, NJ — A power outage across Chester and Washington is affecting West Morris Central High School, Washington Township Mayor Matt Murello said. As of 12:35 p.m., 1,423 JCP&amp;L customers are without power in Chester Township and Borough, Washington Township, and Mount Olive. The current restoration time is between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. No decision has been made on dismissing the high school early yet, Murello said. If students are sent home before the end of the day, the school will notify parents. The breakdown of outages is each town are as follows: <ul><li>Chester Borough 152</li><li>Chester Township 674</li><li>Mount Olive 71</li><li>Washington Township 525</li></ul>
