ROCKAWAY, NJ — A Rockaway woman has been charged with assault by auto following a serious crash in the township, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said. Samantha Viscardi, 22, was charged following an early morning crash on Saturday, Knapp said. Viscardi is accused of causing a single- car crash on Green Pond Road, seriously injuring her passenger (the passenger was not identified).
