  • 10th Anniversary Concert, 2-4pm, Middletown Public Library; free! 2:00–4:00pm, Middletown Library, 55 New Monmouth Rd. Don’t miss this special event celebrating 10 years in the library’s new building. The concert will feature The Cobra Brothers, a four piece band that performs a wide scope of music including: Blues, Funk, R&B, Jazz, Rock and Country.

  • Halloween Hullabaloo at Poricy Park; This spooktacular evening is presented by the Middletown Recreation Department, Middletown Arts Center and Poricy Park Conservancy. Begins at 5:00 p.m.
