WOODBRIDGE, NJ - A Garden State Parkway crash and flooding on Rt. 440 have prompted commuting delays Thursday morning in Woodbridge, authorities said.

As of 5:32 a.m., there’s a crash on the Garden State Parkway northbound exiting at Exit 127 - US 9/I-287/NJ 440 in Woodbridge, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. One ramp is partially blocked, the agency said.

As of 3:19 a.m., there’s also flooding reported on NJ 440 northbound ramp to southbound US 9/Garden State Parkway in Woodbridge, the DOT said. All lanes are currently open.
