Vehicle Burglary Reported In Rumson, Police Seek Public’s Help

Rumson Police are seeking the public's assistance to find the suspect of a vehicle burglary that occurred on Saturday night.

RUMSON, NJ — Rumson Police are seeking the public’s assistance to help find the suspect of a recent vehicle burglary.

On Saturday, police said a vehicle burglary happened in the area of Bellevue Avenue/Heathcliff Avenue around 8-8:15 p.m.

The accused is described as wearing dark clothing, with a hood and neck gaiter-type face covering. The suspect was seen leaving the scene in a dark colored SUV.

Rumson Police are asking residents to check their camera systems for anything suspicious. All information can be forwarded to Jcamilleri@rumsonnj.gov.
