Post Your Own Items On Montclair Patch

Do you have an announcement you’d like to post on Montclair Patch? A garage sale? An open house? A school event? You can post announcements very easily. That’s right ... there are just five simple steps. 

How to Upload Announcements

1. Log into your Patch account. If you don’t have an account, click JOIN in the upper right corner of the homepage
2. On the blue bar near the top of the homepage, click NEWS then ANNOUNCEMENTS
3. On the upper right next to the search box, click ADD AN ANNOUNCEMENT
4. Fill in the following fields:
   • TITLE
   • CATEGORY
   • DESCRIPTION
   • PHOTOS/VIDEOS/PDFs Upload your photos by clicking upload photos and videos. Write captions in the given fields.
   • LOCATION Type in the address or name of a place.
5. Click POST MY ANNOUNCEMENT and you are done!
