Sorrelli to Open Second Store on Church Street

Church Street is about to get more sparkly.

Sorrelli Inc. will open a second retail location in Montclair later this month. 

The 30-year-old jewelry design business is headquartered in Kutztown, Penn., where the flagship store is located. 

The designs, featuring Swarovski crystals, are also available online on Amazon.com, as well as at Anthropologie, Von Maur and more than 400 boutiques around the county.

The company was founded in 1983 by owner Lisa Oswald, who said the charming storefront at 20 Church Street is a perfect match for her brand esthetic.

“I see beauty in things that are old, and I find modern purpose in everything,” Oswald said. “I’ve used components of antiques, pairing them with industrial updates to achieve a look that well reflects the beauty of our jewelry.” 

The public will be welcome to a grand opening celebration planned for Thursday, Nov. 21. Details to follow.
