Daily Record: NJ Supreme Court Upholds Decision to Reduce Montville Resident's $1 Million Award

The New Jersey Supreme Court upheld a ruling to reduce a Montville woman's pain and suffering award from $1 million to $200,000, according to a report by the Daily Record.

The original award came following a 2003 car accident that left Montville's Ming Yu He with serious back and neck injuries, according to the report.
