Mustang Music Festival Will Be Saturday

The 8th Annual Mustang Music Festival will be held on the high school field Saturday.

The event, which brings together 13 marching bands from local high schools for a competition, will begin with the National Anthem at 5:15 p.m. The first band will take the field at 5:30 p.m.

Participating high schools, in addition to Montville, include Rutherford, Pequannock, Pompton Lakes, Ridgewood, Mahwah, Morris Knolls, Northern Highlands, Passaic, Elizabeth, Verona, West Orange and Kearny.

Refreshments will be served, including hot dogs, pizza, meatball sandwiches and more.

Admission is $10 ($5 for seniors and students) and children under age 5 are free.
