A monthlong hydrant flushing operation in Moorestown could cause low water pressure or water discoloration, officials warn.  Moorestown's hydrants will be flushed Oct. 1-31 between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. The flushing is necessary to clean out the water mains, according to <a href="http://www.moorestown.nj.us/controls/NewsFeed.aspx?FeedID=93" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">a notice</a> posted on the Moorestown website. Officials recommend checking the water for discoloration before laundering clothes. Call from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with questions 856-235-3520. For evenings or emergencies, call the Water Treatment Plant at 856-235-0550.
