ADVISORY: Hydrant Flushing Could Affect Pressure
Moorestown will undergo hydrant flushing throughout October.

A monthlong hydrant flushing operation in Moorestown could cause low water pressure or water discoloration, officials warn.
Moorestown's hydrants will be flushed Oct. 1-31 between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. The flushing is necessary to clean out the water mains, according to a notice posted on the Moorestown website.
Officials recommend checking the water for discoloration before laundering clothes.
