Local Attorney Elected to Executive Committee Of New Jersey Apartment Association

John Cranmer, an attorney with Archer & Greiner P.C. in Haddonfield, N.J., and a Moorestown resident, has been elected to a two-year term as a member of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) and will serve as the Association’s Vice President of Associate Affairs. 

The Executive Committee oversees the setting of NJAA policy and is tasked with governing the NJAA along with the Board of Directors. As Vice President of Associate Affairs, Cranmer serves as the Executive Board representative for Associate members, who are suppliers of products and services to the multifamily housing community.

Founded in 1986, the NJAA is a statewide organization of apartment owners, managers, builders, developers and those involved in allied industries. The NJAA represents over 600 multi-family rental housing providers throughout New Jersey and is dedicated to maintaining, improving and building new and affordable rental housing that serves hundreds of thousands of New Jersey’s working families, young couples and seniors.

Cranmer has been a member of NJAA’s Board of Directors since 2004, and also serves on the Association’s Legislative/PAC Committee, as well as its Utility Sub-metering and COAH task forces.
