He sexually assaulted the victim in his car, which was parked on the street, authorities said.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A Mount Laurel man was arrested Monday after authorities say he sexually assaulted an underage girl he met online.
Jake E. Toczylowski met the victim on a messaging app and arranged to meet her in-person, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office. Earlier this summer, Toczylowski sexually assaulted her in his vehicle, which was parked on a Mount Laurel street, authorities said.
The investigation began last week, when the victim's family member reported the sexual abuse to Mount Laurel police, officials said.
