Burlington County Announces New Coronavirus Testing Events

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — Coronavirus testing will be available in several locations in Burlington County in December.

The county on Monday announced it will host 15 testing events in December at its health and human services building. Testing is also provided by pharmacies and urgent care health facilities.

Testing at the human services building will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from Dec. 1 to Dec. 17.

Starting on Dec. 21, testing availability will shift to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday through the end of the month.

Those hoping to receive a test are asked to register upon arrival. Because the tests use saliva, patients are asked not to smoke, drink, eat, vape or chew gum 45 minutes before receiving a test.

• Patients must pre-register online. Testing is for residents ages 18 and up.
