Halloween Weekend Curfews, Tips for Parents
Get ready for the holiday with safety advice, pumpkin-carving tips and a chance to win an all-expenses-paid trip and a date with a supermodel.

Moorestown will impose an 8:30 p.m. curfew on Mischief Night (Sunday) and a 10 p.m. curfew on Halloween night. Both curfews apply to children 16 and under.
Sgt. Lee Lieber said will have extra patrols out both nights, which he said tends to cut down on some of the mischief.
“We’ve had minor incidents, toilet paper, that kind of thing,” he said. “We haven’t had anything malicious that I’m aware of.”
He offered a few pieces of (common sense) advice for parents ahead of the holiday:
- Make sure young children are escorted by an adult.
- Children should wear brightly colored or reflective clothing.
- Don’t walk in the road.
- Check your child’s candy before you let them eat it.
