MANSFIELD, NJ - A crash on I-295 in South Jersey has prompted commuting delays Wednesday morning, authorities said. As of 6:39 a.m., there's a crash on I-295 northbound at north of Exit 52 - Columbus Road in Mansfield, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. The right shoulder is closed, the agency said.
