Police arrest a Philadelphia man after they say he threatened to kill people in a Goodwill Store.

Feb. 2
Criminal mischief, 2:29 a.m. — A car parked at the Quality Inn had all four of its tires slashed, as well as all its doors left open, according to police.
Arrest (obstruction of justice), 2:24 p.m. — Police arrested Robert J. Gilpin, 38, of Philadelphia, after receiving a report that a man was threatening to kill people in the Goodwill Store on Route 73. Donna M. Jones, 37, of Philadelphia, who was with Gilpin, was also arrested by Maple Shade Police. Both were charged with obstruction of justice and released on summonses, police said. The management of the Goodwill Store also filed a disorderly conduct charge against Gilpin, which was forwarded to the court for review and later issuance, police said.
Feb. 3
Vehicle theft, 11:29 a.m. — Police said a 1998 green Honda, tag number N81BJE, was stolen from Franklin Drive.
