Police arrest a Camden man wanted in Pennsylvania after he allegedly led officers on a foot chase earlier this week.

March 5

Arrest (aggravated assault, fugitive), 8:28 p.m. — Police arrested David Lewis McKoy, Jr., 29, of Camden, after he allegedly fled from officers during a domestic dispute investigation. According to police, officers responded to a report of a verbal domestic dispute between McKoy and a woman on the lot of the abandoned MD Labs on Route 73. The couple had two children with them. McKoy lied about his name and then fled on foot when police discovered he had a marijuana cigarette on him, according to a report. Two officers gave chase and were able to apprehend McKoy. The officers suffered minor injuries in the pursuit and were treated at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Cherry Hill. McKoy was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, possession of marijuana, and being a fugitive from Pennsylvania, police said. He was committed to Burlington County Jail

Theft, 1:52 p.m. — Police said someone stole three large-screen LG TVs from the parts department at Classic Chevrolet.

Theft, 7:52 p.m. — A resident of the 400 block of South Forklanding Road told police $700 worth of speakers and amps were stolen from his son’s car.

March 5

Theft, 10:04 p.m. — A Cropwell Drive resident told police approximately $800 was missing from her kitchen drawer after she hosted a houseguest for about two weeks and feels he may be the culprit, police said.
